Frank Baker
Frank C. Baker has been involved with the Senior Olympics as a participant since 1988, as the Upper Cumberland District Co-coordinator with Charline Picard, since 1996, as a State Board of Director since 1999, and has served as chairman from 2009-2010.
He has been to seven National Senior Olympics participating in bowling with partners Loren Dickel, and Auda McCoy and has one Gold, three Silver, and two Bronze, a forth place, and a fifth place finishes.
He was born and raised in the Detroit area, retired from Detroit Diesel after 32 years and moved to Crossville, TN in 1987. He has been married to Val for over 55 years. He has two children, 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
His favorite saying, "You don't quit playing because you grow old, you grow old because you quit playing".
