Update

Cycling will be held on only one day, Saturday 9/21.  Due to cycling insurance being dropped from our insurance company and picking up another policy for 3 times the original amount plus other costs, adding 9/22 will not not feasible.  Cyclists will be required to choose a maximum of 2 events for safety reasons.

Our Race Day Events staff will be on hand again to host this event for 2024!

Events: 5K (Time Trial), 20K Road Race (mass start), 40K Road Race (mass start).

Note: Out-of-state residents may register for the cycling competition.  Tennesseans- tell your friends.  
Medals will be awarded according to actual place, not separated by in-state and out-of-state.

Venue Location: Strawberry Plains area - Knoxville

5K , 20K, 40K:

Please note that the 40K  race will technically be 37.3 kilometers, as this affords a better and safer course.

The Race Day events team will  be onsite to handle all timing and chip details.

Medals: If you must leave before medals are awarded, please have a friend/athlete check your place and pick it up for you.   Medals will also be mailed after receiving a request in writing, accompanied by a check payable to the TN Senior Olympics in the amount of $3.00 per medal for shipping.  Mail to: TSO, PO Box 681, Mt.
